Warranty

At KCLwatches, every vintage watch is provided with a 2-year warranty.

This warranty covers technical defects or issues that are caused by us and arise under normal use during the warranty period. Our goal is to ensure that your watch functions as expected and meets our quality standards.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or impact

• Wear and tear resulting from normal use

• Damage caused by improper or insufficient maintenance

• Water damage if the watch is not explicitly stated as water-resistant

• Any modifications or repairs performed by third parties

Vintage watches naturally show signs of age, which are considered part of their character and are not regarded as defects.

Service & Repair Procedure
If a warranty-related issue occurs, customers must contact KCLwatches customer service before arranging any repair. Repairs or services carried out without prior approval may not be covered under warranty. Once approved, we will provide clear instructions regarding inspection, service, or repair.
