FROM THE START
CLEAR TERMS-
We accept vintage and pre-owned watches with an expected selling value from €500. Exceptional or unusual watches below this value may still be considered, so you are always welcome to submit your watch.

Our commission is 9% of the final selling price, including VAT. Inspection, professional photography, promotion, client contact, negotiation, payment handling and insured delivery are all included.

Your watch is accepted for an agreed period of three or six months. We review the price after three months and again during the final month when this could improve the chance of a sale.

Yes. When the watch is withdrawn before the agreed selling period has ended, a €75 service fee applies. Once the full period has ended, an unsold watch can be returned without selling costs.
EVERY DETAIL TAKEN CARE OF
Before your watch goes live, we verify its authenticity, reference and serial number, movement performance, overall condition and accompanying accessories. We then create professional photographs and a complete sales description that presents the watch honestly and at its best.
Any recommended maintenance is always discussed with you first and is only carried out after your approval.

YOUR WATCHYour watch is actively presented through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Vinted and our private client network. Selected watches from €2,000 may also be offered through Chrono24. We handle every enquiry, offer and negotiation personally.

Send us the details and a few clear photographs. We provide an initial indication, discuss a realistic selling price and determine together whether your watch is suitable for Sell With KCL.
Visit us during a personal appointment or use the insured shipping label provided by KCL. Once accepted, you receive a written proof of handover by email for your records.

We manage every enquiry, negotiation, payment and insured delivery. After the buyer’s fourteen-day return period, your payout is transferred within two business days together with a clear payout statement.
We inspect the watch, photograph it professionally and prepare its complete sales presentation. It is then published through our channels and matched with clients who may already be interested.
PROPERLY DOCUMENTED
Once your watch has been accepted by KCL, you will receive an official KCL Proof of Handover by email. This document records the brand, model, reference number, serial number, condition, accessories, agreed selling period, asking price and minimum amount. It confirms that your watch has been entrusted to KCL and is insured while under our responsibility.
The document is inspired by the original papers and archive certificates supplied with vintage watches. A warm ivory background, classic typography, refined borders and a unique document number give it an established and collectible character. Clear, official and made to be kept with the watch.
After the sale, the document remains part of your records and provides a complete overview of the agreement made with KCL. Every detail is presented clearly, while the design reflects the history and character of the watch itself.
