Each vintage watch is delicately wrapped, protected with high-quality cushioning materials, and placed in a sturdy box. Every step of the packaging process is handled with the love, care, and respect these timeless pieces deserve.
2. A Thoughtful Presentation
Receiving a vintage watch from KCLwatches is more than just a delivery—it is an experience. Alongside your timepiece, you will find a special card containing essential information, including the manufacturing date, reference number, and a unique stamp of authenticity. We believe in sharing the full story behind your watch to enhance the joy of ownership. An official, signed invoice is also included to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
3. Insured & Registered Shipping
All orders from KCLwatches are fully insured and shipped via registered, trackable delivery to ensure maximum security. Prior to shipment, we carefully photograph the packaged parcel, documenting its condition before dispatch.
Important Notice:
If your package arrives in a condition that differs from the photos taken prior to shipment—such as visible damage, opened packaging, or signs of tampering—please do not accept the delivery. Accepting a damaged or altered parcel may void the insurance coverage, meaning the resulting costs could become the responsibility of the recipient.
If this occurs, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
If a parcel is accepted despite visible discrepancies, KCLwatches unfortunately cannot guarantee insurance compensation. However, we will assist you fully in initiating and supporting an investigation with the carrier and insurance provider. During this period, we kindly ask for your patience, as the investigation must be completed before any final decision can be made.
4. Insurance Investigation & Refund Process
In the event that a shipping investigation is initiated, we ask for your understanding while the carrier and insurance provider conduct their review. Once the investigation has been completed and approved, a refund will be issued promptly in accordance with the insurance outcome.
We understand that this process can be time-consuming and potentially frustrating. Please rest assured that KCLwatches will actively support you throughout the investigation and keep you informed whenever possible.
If an insurance claim is rejected, and there are indications of irregularities during transit, a secondary investigation may be initiated in cooperation with the shipping carrier to further assess the situation.
5. Empty Package Received
If a package is delivered empty and has been accepted upon delivery, we kindly request that you:
Contact your local police immediately and file an official report
Notify the shipping carrier to initiate their internal investigation
Inform KCLwatches as soon as possible, keeping us updated with all relevant documentation and case numbers
These steps are essential for any further investigation or potential insurance consideration. While acceptance of an empty package may limit insurance coverage, we will do our best to assist and advise you throughout the process.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our highest priority at KCLwatches. In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product, we are here to help.
1. Easy Returns Within 14 Days
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided you notify us within 5 days of receiving your watch. The watch must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging.
2. Assistance with Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will guide you through the return process, including return shipping instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
